We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great hospitality where the expectations of the guests are exceeded
- Mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards; Ensure the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the food menu, and maintain a complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections
- Respond to guest concerns with the ability to creatively solve problems and develop robust solutions; Notify manager of positive and negative feedback from customers
- Receive and maintain proper cash accountability in cash register for shift; Able to check out the register and prepare the shift report properly
- Check identification of guests who appear to be under the age of 30 to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol; adhere to federal and state alcohol regulations
- Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and guests
- Practice continual communication with restaurant managers and co-workers
- Perform other job related duties as assigned
